Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 5–8 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Lost or Damaged Packages We take great care in packaging your order, but occasionally issues can arise during transit. Here's how we handle them:
- Lost packages: If your package has not arrived within 15 days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at sales@babsiecodesigns.com and we will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
- Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s) and contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect address: We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
